What you receive
- Complete store setup. South Korean commercial machine with a two-year warranty, steam iron table, stabilizer, semi-automatic machine, German chemicals and the spotting kit — plus interior, layout and branding guidance.
- Hands-on training. Four to five days at a working AnyDry store — operations, quality, billing and customer handling. The AnyDry academy certifies every washerman and presser.
- CRM and billing platform. The same centralised technology that runs every AnyDry store — every order billed and recorded digitally.
- Launch marketing. WhatsApp campaigns, Google Business setup, local promotions and structured PG and society outreach for your opening.
- SOP manual and B2B playbook. Written SOPs for tagging, washing, ironing, delivery and complaints — plus scripts and collateral for PG, society and corporate accounts.
- Ongoing support. A dedicated success manager from day zero, monthly performance reviews, WhatsApp group support and quality audits every two months.
How the business makes money
Laundry brings them in; dry cleaning makes the money. Weekly wash orders bring customers through the door and keep cash flowing. As trust builds, the same customers hand over suits, sarees and winter wear — billed per piece, at far better margins.

Asked and answered
Do I need laundry experience?
No. Our existing partners came in with no garment-care background — the model, the training and the support are built for first-time owners. What the format needs from you is presence: it is owner-operated, not a passive investment.
How much cash should I actually plan for?
₹12.97 lakh plus GST is paid to AnyDry and covers everything in the setup list. On top of that, budget for civil, electrical and plumbing work at actuals — which varies by site — and roughly three months of working capital until the store turns cash-positive. There is no security deposit.
When does royalty start?
Eight per cent of revenue plus GST, and only once the store has broken even — not from day one. We would rather the store stand up first.
Is my territory genuinely exclusive?
Yes. One partner per territory, and no second AnyDry outlet in your designated area — ever. Active expansion markets are Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Greater Noida.
How is the price of my order decided?
Your garments are counted with you at the door, and the price for your order is confirmed with you before anything is cleaned — you approve it first. What you are quoted is what you pay, on delivery, by UPI, card or cash. Your first order is 20% off.
What happens if a garment is damaged or lost?
Our written care guarantee covers it: if a garment is damaged or lost in our care, we compensate up to ₹3,000 per bill, resolved within 7 days as store credit.
Which areas do you collect from?
Doorstep pickup runs across Gurugram — DLF phases, Sushant Lok, Sectors 43 and 56, Golf Course Road and the Extension, Sohna Road and Palam Vihar, and widening. Enter your pincode when you book and we confirm your window.
