How do I book, and how fast is it?
Book a pickup online in under a minute — no account needed. A rider comes in the three-hour window you choose, and your order is back in 48 hours as standard. Book before 2 PM for same-day collection.

Ava Court, near Malibu Towne, Sector 47, Gurugram — get directions. Eight more stores are underway across Gurugram, and doorstep pickup covers the whole city in the meantime.
Which areas do you collect from?
Across Gurugram — DLF phases, Sushant Lok, Sectors 43 and 56, Golf Course Road and the Extension, Sohna Road, Sector 14 and Palam Vihar, and widening. Enter your pincode when you book and we confirm your window.
What is perc-free dry cleaning, and why does it matter?
Most cleaners use perchloroethylene — a solvent classed as a probable carcinogen and harsh on delicate fibres. We clean in hydrocarbon solvent in closed-loop machines that distil and reuse it, with wet cleaning for delicates. Gentler on your clothes and on the people who handle them all day.
How do I know nothing gets lost or mixed up?
The rider counts your garments with you at the door and writes them onto a numbered claim ticket before leaving — so you and we agree on exactly what was collected. Each piece is tagged to that ticket at the plant and checked back against it before it is packed.
What happens if something is damaged or late?
Both are answered in numbers on the care guarantee: miss the promised window and that invoice is 20% off, applied without you asking; damage or loss is compensated at 10× the service charge up to ₹10,000 per garment, resolved within seven days.
