Process & technology
We’ll name the machines, the chemistry, and the numbers.
A cleaner that won’t tell you what it cleans with is asking you to take fabric care on faith. Here is exactly what happens to a garment inside our plant.
The line, station by station
-
Intake & tagging
Each garment is checked against your ticket, photographed if delicate, and its care label logged before anything is processed.
-
Spotting
Stains are treated by hand at a dedicated station — protein, tannin, grease and dye each get different chemistry — before any machine is involved.
-
Cleaning
Dry cleaning runs in hydrocarbon solvent — perc-free — in closed-loop machines that distil and reuse the solvent. Laundry runs in Electrolux Professional barrier washers, one customer per load.
-
Finishing
Steam formers for structured garments, hand pressing for everything else, at 160°C — the difference between flat and finished.
-
Quality check
A second person inspects seams, buttons and the original stain under daylight lamps. Fail the check and it goes back a station, not out the door.
-
Pack & dispatch
Breathable covers — no wire hangers unless you ask — scanned onto a route, and the out-for-delivery message hits your WhatsApp.
Sustainability, substantiated
The mint in our logo is a claim. Here is the evidence.
“Eco-friendly” costs nothing to say, so we publish the specifics instead. Where a number below slips, we say so in the annual note rather than quietly deleting it.
Perc — perchloroethylene, the industry’s default solvent and a probable carcinogen — has never entered our plants. That was a founding decision, not a retrofit.
Measured at our plant and reported against. Ask for the detail — we enjoy that question.
See it work on your own clothes.
Your first pickup is the audit — every claim above is checkable from your ticket.
