How we do it
Documented before anything touches it
Heavy bridal work is photographed at intake, zari and stonework logged, and loose or fragile elements noted with you before cleaning begins. On an outfit of this value you and we need the same record of its condition, agreed in advance.
Cleaned around the work, not through it
Zari tarnishes, stones lift and sequins melt — so the garment is cleaned stitch by stitch and section by section rather than put through a single aggressive cycle. Sweat and perfume marks around the neckline and underarms are the ones that turn brown years later if they are not removed now, and they are treated specifically.
Boxed so storage does not undo the clean
Ordinary plastic covers trap moisture and ordinary tissue is acidic — both are why stored outfits yellow. The finished outfit is wrapped in acid-free tissue, folded along lines that will not set permanent creases, and sealed in a preservation box with a humidity indicator you can check.

How long does wedding preservation take?
Seven to ten days. Hand cleaning heavy work is slow, and rushing it is how stones are lost.
Can you remove sweat marks that have already yellowed?
Often, and the sooner the better — the stains that turn yellow years later are invisible when the outfit is put away. Older marks improve rather than vanish, and we tell you which yours is before starting.
Do I need to clean it if it was only worn once?
Yes, and this is the one most people get wrong. Sweat, perfume and sugar from drinks are colourless when you store the outfit and brown by the time you reopen it. Storing an outfit unwashed is what ruins it.
What is in the preservation box?
The outfit wrapped in acid-free tissue, folded to avoid permanent creases, and sealed with a humidity indicator so you can see at a glance whether storage conditions have stayed safe.
