How we do it
Never pooled with anyone else's clothes
The cheapest way to run a laundry is to combine households into one drum. We do not. Your load runs on its own in a barrier washer, which is the difference between clothes that come back clean and clothes that come back carrying somebody else's detergent, lint and smell.
Separated, dosed and dried properly
Whites and colours are separated by default. Detergent is dosed to the weight of the load rather than poured by eye, and everything is tumble-dried on low — the single biggest cause of shrunken collars and worn-out elastic is a dryer run too hot.
Folded to a standard, or pressed
Wash and fold comes back in a consistent stack that actually fits a shelf. Wash and iron comes back pressed on industrial steam, which is why collars sit flat and pleats hold in a way a domestic iron cannot match.

Is my laundry washed with other people's?
No. Every household's load runs separately in its own machine cycle. It costs us more and it is the whole point.
What is the difference between wash and fold and wash and iron?
Wash and fold returns everything cleaned, dried and folded. Wash and iron adds industrial steam pressing, which is what you want for office shirts and anything that needs to look sharp.
Can you use a detergent for sensitive skin?
Yes — hypoallergenic detergent on request, at no extra charge. Tell the rider at pickup or add it in the booking notes.
How fast is laundry?
Forty-eight hours as standard from collection. Book before 2 PM and a rider can usually collect the same day.
