How do collection windows work?
You choose a three-hour window when you book — 9 AM–12 PM, 12–3 PM, 3–5 PM or 5–8 PM, seven days a week. The rider comes to your flat, counts the garments with you and lists each one on your ticket.
Do you handle wedding lehengas and sherwanis?
Yes — cleaned stitch by stitch, wrapped in acid-free tissue and sealed in a preservation box with a humidity indicator. Zari and stonework are photographed and documented before any solvent touches them.
