How we do it
What perc-free actually means for your clothes
Most cleaners in India still run on perchloroethylene — cheap, aggressive, and classified as a probable carcinogen. It strips natural oils out of wool and silk, and over repeated cleans it is what leaves a jacket looking tired and a saree feeling papery. We run hydrocarbon solvent in closed-loop machines that distil and reuse it, which is gentler on fibre and on the people working with it all day.
Stains are treated before the machine, not by it
A machine cycle does not remove a stain — it dilutes it. Protein, tannin, grease and dye each need different chemistry, so every garment is inspected at a spotting station first and the stain is treated by hand. If a mark cannot be lifted without risking the cloth, we tell you before we try, not after.
Finishing is where the money shows
Structured garments — blazers, bandhgalas, jacket shoulders and lapels — are finished on steam formers so they keep their shape rather than being pressed flat. Everything else is hand-pressed. Zari, sequins and stonework are documented at intake and worked around by hand.

How long does dry cleaning take?
Forty-eight hours as standard from the time we collect. Heavily worked or delicate pieces may need longer, and we tell you that at pickup rather than letting the day pass silently.
Can you dry clean silk and zari sarees safely?
Yes — that work is a large part of why we run perc-free. Delicate sarees are hand finished rather than machine tumbled, and zari and stonework are photographed at intake so you and we share the same record of their condition.
Do I have to come to the store?
No. Doorstep pickup across Gurugram is free, in a three-hour window you choose. The rider counts every garment with you and lists each one on your ticket before leaving.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we collect, re-clean and return it free. Turnaround and damage are both covered in numbers in the care guarantee.
