Privacy

We collect what the service needs: your name, mobile, address, pincode, and the details of the orders you place. Booking and delivery run on this data; nothing else does.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or enrich it from outside sources. WhatsApp and SMS messages are transactional — status updates against your ticket — unless you separately opt into offers, which you can leave with one reply.

Franchise enquiries go to the franchise desk only, with the source of the enquiry recorded so we know which page brought you in. Ask for your data or its deletion at privacy@anydry.in; both are actioned within 30 days.

Terms of service

The contract for each order is the ticket: the services listed, the published prices, the delivery window, and the care guarantee — including its compensation caps — are its terms.

Prices are as published at booking. Garment counts are confirmed with you at pickup; care-label conflicts are flagged before processing. Payment is due on delivery. Orders unclaimed 60 days after a missed delivery attempt may be donated after three written notices.
