The demand is settled residential colonies — C-Scheme, Malviya Nagar, Vaishali Nagar — with occasion-heavy wardrobes and a dry climate that is kind to turnaround. The wedding calendar loads dry cleaning for months at a time, and a Hindi-speaking counter is simply how business is done.

A premium studio in 200–300 square feet, run full time by you or part time with a hired manager. Two to three trained staff. No perishable stock, no aggregator commissions, no kitchen.
Beyond the ₹12.97 L + GST paid to AnyDry, budget for civil and interior work at actuals plus roughly three months of working capital.

Is there still a territory available in Jaipur?
Territories are allocated one partner per zone, and availability changes as zones are signed. Tell us the area you have in mind and we confirm it on the call.
How does support work for a Jaipur partner?
Jaipur is about four hours by road from the working stores in Gurugram, so training happens there and on-site visits are a drive rather than a flight. Of the new territories it is the one closest to the network, and it will feel that way.
How much cash should I actually plan for?
₹12.97 lakh plus GST is paid to AnyDry and covers everything in the setup list. On top of that, budget for civil, electrical and plumbing work at actuals — which varies by site — and roughly three months of working capital until the store turns cash-positive. There is no security deposit.
Do I need laundry experience?
No. Our existing partners came in with no garment-care background — the model, the training and the support are built for first-time owners. What the format needs from you is presence: it is owner-operated, not a passive investment.
When does royalty start?
Eight per cent of revenue plus GST, and only once the store has broken even — not from day one. We would rather the store stand up first.
