A premium studio in 200–300 square feet, run full time by you or part time with a hired manager. Two to three trained staff. No perishable stock, no aggregator commissions, no kitchen.
Beyond the ₹12.97 L + GST paid to AnyDry, budget for civil and interior work at actuals plus roughly three months of working capital.

Can I take a city in Maharashtra that is not listed?
Yes. Nagpur is scheduled for a later wave, and other Maharashtra cities are open to discuss. Territories are allocated one partner per zone, so tell us the city and area you have in mind and we will confirm what is unallocated.
How much cash should I actually plan for?
₹12.97 lakh plus GST is paid to AnyDry and covers everything in the setup list. On top of that, budget for civil, electrical and plumbing work at actuals — which varies by site — and roughly three months of working capital until the store turns cash-positive. There is no security deposit.
When does royalty start?
Eight per cent of revenue plus GST, and only once the store has broken even — not from day one. We would rather the store stand up first.
