The terms
One format. Owner-operated. Your territory only.
A premium studio in 200–300 square feet, run full time by you or part time with a hired manager. Two to three trained staff. No perishable stock, no aggregator commissions, no kitchen.
Beyond the ₹12.97 L + GST paid to AnyDry, budget for civil and interior work at actuals plus roughly three months of working capital.

Can I take a city in Telangana that is not listed?
Hyderabad is the first Telangana territory. Other cities in the state are open to discuss — tell us where you have in mind and we will confirm what is unallocated on the call.
How much cash should I actually plan for?
₹12.97 lakh plus GST is paid to AnyDry and covers everything in the setup list. On top of that, budget for civil, electrical and plumbing work at actuals — which varies by site — and roughly three months of working capital until the store turns cash-positive. There is no security deposit.
When does royalty start?
Eight per cent of revenue plus GST, and only once the store has broken even — not from day one. We would rather the store stand up first.
